No excuses, just the truth....
We/I have been crazy busy at the restaurant for the past 5 weeks and I
have not been able to get the stars to align for long enough to sit down
and update.
Bad Blogger, Bad, Bad Blogger!
The good news is that we've been lucky enuff to get some good press,
which does not necessarily mean that life will get simpler, just a
little more enjoyable.

menu a work in progress, refinement always at the forefront of priorities.
